A balanced blend of citrus,
soft Florals and juniper.
NOSE: Turkish delight, orange
blossoms And a piney back note.
PALATE: Bright and zesty,
pepper and Ginger undertones
tempered with Cool cardamom.
FINISH: Long and soft with lime

Paired with white chocolate filled with pistachio paste filling, playing on the marzipan and coconut notes of Verdant.
PROFILE: Refreshing, delicate
with a pronounced floral character.
NOSE: Summer blooms,
toasted coconut And waxy lemon rinds.
PALATE: Nutty marzipan confections,
earthy undertones, subtle juniper
and A hint of nutmeg.
FINISH: Slow fading florals and a silky smooth exit

Paired with dark chocolate with a salted caramel filling, bringing forth the burnt sugar and toffee apple notes in our Amber Gin.
PROFILE: Bold, tannin rich and full
bodied with bright citrus and floral highlights.
NOSE: Burnt sugar, musky rose and Rooibos tea.
PALATE: Toffee apples laced with saffron
and citrus, cinnamon and spice support
FINISH: A dry woody finish with caramel
persisting on the tongue.
Paired with a gold dusted dark chocolate with a caramelised orange filling with notes of cinnamon and star anise, highlighting the spicy and citrus notes of the Pioneer’s Collection.
PROFILE: Spiced Fruitcake and soft vanilla.
NOSE: A whisper of sweet smoke and burnt sugar.
PALATE: Bright, dry and zesty with a ginger and cinnamon bite at the back. Pine needles and toffee apples emerge, accompanied by a subtle floral back-note.
FINISH: Long, smooth and mellow with a breath of Crème Brûlée that lingers on the tongue
