Inspired by the ancient sedimentary dune layers surrounding Inverroche’s limestone cellar in Stilbaai, Strata is a tribute to the natural elements that formed it, and the craftsmanship that brought it to life.

Rested deep underground in wooden casks within the cool environment of Inverroche’s limestone cellar, Strata develops a layered character that is both expressive and refined. Infused with 7-year-old Inverroche gin, the spirit reveals subtle notes of maple, sweet woods, citrus and spice, balanced by the botanical richness of the indigenous fynbos biome.
Every bottle represents an extraordinary level of craftsmanship. From 51 individual distillations capturing the diversity of the surrounding landscape, to the final small potstill distillation personally completed by founder Lorna Scott, Strata is a deeply considered expression of time, place and artistry.
Only 1000 bottles of Strata exist worldwide, making this a once-off release that will never be produced again.
