THE GOUKOU
Bitter & Elegant
Ingredients
- 40 ml Inverroche Classic Gin
- 20 ml Lillet
- 20 ml Bitter Aperitif (e.g. Aperol)
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently until perfectly diluted and chilled. Strain into a coupe.
THE RED
Bold & Bittersweet
Ingredients
- 35 ml Inverroche Amber Gin
- 25 ml Dry Red Wine
- 25 ml Bitter Orange Aperitif
- 2 - 3 dashes Orange Bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently until perfectly diluted, then strain into a tumbler with a single ice sphere.
VERDANT COLLINS
Light & Herbal
Ingredients
- 40 ml Inverroche Verdant Gin
- 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Agave Syrup
- 1 Heaped Barspoon Matcha Powder
- Top with Soda Water
Method
Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice. Fine strain into a glass over an ice block, then top with soda and stir gently to mix.
