THE GOUKOU

Bitter & Elegant

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Inverroche Classic Gin
  • 20 ml Lillet
  • 20 ml Bitter Aperitif (e.g. Aperol)

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently until perfectly diluted and chilled. Strain into a coupe.

THE RED

Bold & Bittersweet

Ingredients

  • 35 ml Inverroche Amber Gin
  • 25 ml Dry Red Wine
  • 25 ml Bitter Orange Aperitif
  • 2 - 3 dashes Orange Bitters

Method

Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently until perfectly diluted, then strain into a tumbler with a single ice sphere.

VERDANT COLLINS

Light & Herbal

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Inverroche Verdant Gin
  • 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Agave Syrup
  • 1 Heaped Barspoon Matcha Powder
  • Top with Soda Water

Method

Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice. Fine strain into a glass over an ice block, then top with soda and stir gently to mix.
