SIGNATURE SERVE – AMBER G&T

Rich & Aromatic

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Inverroche Amber Gin
  • Premium Indian Tonic Water
  • Garnish: Orange zest and fresh strawberries

Method

Fill a glass with high-quality ice. Add the gin and top with tonic. Garnish with a twist of orange zest and a few fresh strawberries.

Method

Fill a glass with high-quality ice. Add the gin and top with tonic. Garnish with lemon zest and pomegranate seeds

SMOKEY SNAPPER

Spiced & Savoury

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Inverroche Amber Gin
  • 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 100 ml Tomato Juice
  • 4–6 dashes Chipotle Tabasco
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 - 4 Grinds Cracked Black Pepper
  • 7.5 ml Smoked Jalapeño Juice
  • 5 ml Agave Syrup
  • 2 chunks Roasted Smoked Paprika Red Pepper
  • 2 pinches Celery Salt

Method

Roll or throw all ingredients with ice, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

SOFT & FLORAL

Elegant & Refreshing

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Inverroche Verdant Gin
  • 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
  • 25 ml Chamomile Tea Syrup
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • Splash of Soda Water

Method

Shake rosemary, gin, juice, and syrup with ice. Fine strain into a tumbler over a solid ice cube, add a splash of soda, and stir gently to combine.

STILBAAI NEGRONI

Warming & Deep

Ingredients

  • 35 ml Inverroche Amber Gin
  • 25 ml Bitter Aperitif
  • 25 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Zest

Method

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice, along with a squeezed twist of orange zest. Stir slowly until chilled and perfectly diluted. Serve in a tumbler with an ice sphere.

THE BEE’ TENDER

Bright & Citrusy

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Inverroche Classic Gin
  • 25 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 75 ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 20 ml Agave Syrup
  • Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Fine strain into a glass and serve immediately.
